It was a long day ahead. Our call time is 9:30 at Vmall in Monumento. And nothings new to us. Our call time becomes 10:00. So when we finally complete, we decided to eat some heavy lunch at Jolibee for us to have energy burst all the way. And AJA!! WE ARE READY!! ;))
..CARPE DIEM..
We didn't find it hard to go in national museum because we know how to get there and we know how to ask to other people as well. As we first drop in U.N Avenue, we already saw the map of the Philippines and the monument of Lapu-lapu and Rizal. we find it very exciting to take a pictures. As you will notice in our group and solo pictures, we are somehow struggling in facing the sun while smiling in our cameras Haha. The weather is very sunny and windy. The mood is so pleasant and vibrant;))

And we are also amaze how the museum were designed and how organize it was. Truly that they really making their facilities very well done and clean for the tourist like us to have a nice tour in the entire place of the museum .
The museum has a five level. But the fifth one is not yet available.
In the First Level, you can see the Ifugao Hut. In Second Level would be the San Diego history and treasures. In the Third Level is that you can see the various things about our kasaysayan ng lahi. And in the Fourth Level will be about the Faith, Traditions And Places . Were the different beliefs about the filipino is there.. The museum has many things that in store for us.

One of my favorite place in the museum was all about the San Diego history and treasures. Were the Cannon Balls are their and the replica of different ripples are their also. The Canon balls is one of the object that impact me most, because it was my first time to see it. And I am amaze how big it was. It look's like if it hits you, you'll have a big hole in your body hahaha..
And i love also how we take a pose on it in our group picture. It looks like we are on a big war.

Gold Seal
Actually we had a hard time in looking for this Gold Seal. When we first saw it we did not notice that it was the seal that we need to find. Instead we take a group picture on it and make some pose together of it. And when we were almost done, that's the time that we notice that we dont have yet the picture of the Seal. And someone told us where was the seal is located. So we laugh alot when we figure out that we just very close their earlier and yet we did not recognize it. HAHAHA
Our group picture with this seal is very funny. It looks like we are the Ninjas protecting the seal from an enemy. Hahaha

You can see in this photo the "Jarlet with Gaping Mouth from Leta-leta cave"
This was the creepy place that I've seen in the museum. The room was so dark that you can not even notice the other things that placed inside that room, just like the "Sculpted Face of the Dead". But when i saw the entire place, It has a pink light that makes the place so attractive in the eye. I love how they organize the whole set up of the room and the creepiness of the dark with the touch of the pink light that makes the place so fascinating.
Duyong cave in the southwest coast of the Palawan Island is a site of the earliest intact burial ever discovered in the Philippines which shows traces of man's humanity during the New Stone Age.

Sarimanok
Seriously, before going to the National Museum, I've checked the checklist that was given to us. And the thing that caught my attention was the Maranaos Sarimanok. I am really curious what it really looks like. If it looks like a real image of a real chicken that has its same color of feathers.
I'm a bit afraid to see it, Because of my fear in chickens.
So when I finally see it, I'm glad that its far from what i expected and what I am fearing about. and i get to see the real replica of sarimanok which was not scary at all. Haha
#SamFearOfChicken ;)
The Sarimanok is a legendary bird of the Maranao people who originate from Mindanao, a major island in the Philippines. It comes from the words "sari" and "manok." "Sari" means cloth or garment, which is generally of assorted colors. ManĂ²k means "bird".
After all the picture taking and rooming around the museum. We are finally finished!!! Now we can eat Haha. We're so starving and also exhausted and our feet was to tired to walk.

Spoliarium/Spolarium
But before we eat, we decided to go to another museum .Were the Spolarium painting is there. And guess what!!Me,K.A,Bless and Werly got loss in that museum Haha. We can't find the exit and we keep on taking up the elevator for maybe 5 to 6 times. Maybe that's the effect of hunger and tiredness to us Hahaha ;))
Finally we reach sm manila and we can now finally eat. Most of us order for an unli rice meal to solve their cravings. And after that we decided to go home . No one wants to stay long, we all want to get home and rest. So this is it. We take again the LRT to Monumento and to monumento we separate ways to get into our own homes.
This was a very fun and learning experience for me. I get to see alot of things that really worth remembered about in our history, and the things that our country treasured and proud of.
I would like to say Thank You to our Professor Mam Thelma Villaflores for giving us a chance to visit the museum. Truly it was a pleasurable experience ;)
